I am sure that 99+ percent of iPads do work exactly as intended. Trouble is iPads
working exactly as they are intended to, under Apple's notorious dictatorial control,
might as well be broken. Half of the iPads "features" operating bug-free would be enough
for most people to call tech support - "Excuse me, Flash isn't working.", "Excuse me, I
can't multi-tasking seems to be turned off."
